If you join the early access list or otherwise provide your email address, you agree that Mommai may send you launch updates, product information, and service-related communications. Joining the early access list does not guarantee availability, timing, pricing, or permanent access to any product or feature.

Mommai, including its branding, software, design, content, workflows, and related materials, is owned by Mommai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
